 While our studio may have a new name and a refreshed online home, the familiar teachers you know and trust are still here guiding, supporting, and holding space for you. As we continue to evolve and step into the exciting changes ahead, we invite you to join us as we bring you new classes and faces to expand our offerings, include further experiences and opportunities for purposeful movement, stillness, growth, and connection.

Bathed in natural light and tucked upstairs in Ripley Arcade, you’ll find Studio On Ripley right in the centre of Mount Gambier, offering a quiet space to leave the outside world behind. 

 We offer a unique approach to Yoga, Pilates and movement, focusing on creating an intimate, safe space for our community to grow and strengthen themselves, both inwards and outwards. Our experienced teachers are passionate about guiding you on your movement journey, whether you're just beginning, returning or continuing to deepen your practice.

At Studio on Ripley, we offer a range of yoga and Pilates classes tailored to all levels. From beginners to advanced practitioners, our experienced instructors will guide you on your journey to a healthier, more balanced life.

Yoga

Through breath, find flexibility, strength, balance & stillness as you explore our diverse range of yoga classes. Explore Classical Hatha with a mindful edge, and restorative styles, each designed to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase body awareness. We offer Mat Pilates and Reformer classes. Our Reformer classes are intentionally intimate & small, allowing personalised and tailored attention for you. Never done Reformer Pilates before? Brilliant!!- contact us and we will organise a time to show you around the reformer beds, so you feel completely comfortable when attending a class- for free. 

Private sessions

Enjoy personalised attention and tailored guidance with our Private yoga and Pilates sessions and packages. Our experienced instructors will help you achieve your individual fitness and wellbeing goals. Contact us and book a time that suits you.

At Studio on Ripley, creating strength in stillness is more than a physical practice—it's a way of being. It’s about discovering that true strength doesn’t always come from movement, intensity, or striving, but from the quiet, steady moments when we pause, breathe, and allow ourselves time to connect and observe.

Through our offerings of movement whether Yoga, Pilates, Barre or the dedicated workshops and events we offer- we learn to hold space for both challenge and calm—to find stability in stillness and softness in effort. In each pose, breath, and pause, we cultivate resilience: the strength to stay present, grounded, and open, even when life feels chaotic. Stillness is not the absence of action; it is the presence of awareness.
